Overview:

On Friday, April 14, Par-Troy Little League West kicked off its exciting opening night festivities. According to President Frank Neglia, this marks the 71st season that Par-Troy West has been serving the children of Parsippany, providing them with a lot of baseball and softball opportunities.

Neglia also expressed his gratitude towards the Board members, volunteers, sponsors, and friends who have been generously giving their time and support to make the program run successfully. Without their combined efforts, the Par-Troy West program could not operate. As a result, Neglia and other Board members urge everyone to help and volunteer in any capacity they can since a Little League program’s success depends on dedicated volunteers.

In addition, Neglia thanked the Township of Parsippany, The Parsippany Recreation Department, Parsippany Parks, and Forestry, and the Board of Education for providing the opportunity to use the ball field in town and at the schools during the season. Their support helps ensure that all Little Leaguers have a place to play.
